Driver & Vehicle confirmation
The afternoon before your transfer, you or your secretary, will receive an email with full confirmation, together with the driver’s name, mobile contact number and vehicle details.
Flight Monitoring
We will be continually monitoring your flight’s progress and if any delays/changes, we will adjust the schedule accordingly.
Meet & Greet
Our chauffeur will meet you as you come through into the arrivals lounge or at a pre-arranged meeting point within the terminal. He/she will be standing with one of our logo boards with your name clearly visible. You will then be escorted to the car where there will be bottled water and a newspaper for your onward journey.
